I wish I could give this company a zero star, so incase you were wondering why there aren't more 0-1 star reviews it's because it's half bought and paid for . Upon reaching back out to me to "resolve" my issue, it was structured in a way where they held my refund hostage, and as a matter of fact, it's not even the full amount I was "offered" $460 refund so long as I take my review down. Now that had pissed me WAY off more than me missing out on my full amount, because now I understand I was led to believe that these are all genuine reviews, which in my eyes looks like VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and I can only imagine the less fortunate who come to this firm just to get screwed over on their last dollars (I am blessed to for this to not be the end of my world). Let alone they would not just refund because I requested a charge back to my card that I used to pay and well my credit card company is no help to get the funds back for failed service. It is so unfortunate to have to write this due to how frustrating this company which is odd, because I did my taxes with them in 2025 and it went "okay." This year 2026 was nightmare, I asked these folks to help me do my taxes, charging ~$600 which extremely overpriced considering this office uses Intuit which means at this point their process should be automated... they aren't truly trying to crunch numbers. With that being said, its even more ridiculous that I did not have a completed version of my taxes 100 days after I paid... and this is after days of me pulling their teeth in order to get information on where my tax filings were? Finally I decided to go to a very local tax office in Cedar Park and they resolved my issues within 5 days! So that makes emergency question: what in the actual hell is going on in this office if this is all automated, and another office of just 2 people were able to figure things out within 5 days, in which it took this office 100 days. Oh by the way, I tried to request refund for failure of $600 back, it got declined, so I can kiss $600 good- bye and pay late filing fees. I would keep writing more reviews if it were possible so other people who are not as fortunate, to have to go through all of this frustration and lose a lot of money over company who can't get their job done correctly and on time. Side note: I can totally see AI getting rid of this company for their incompetence and failure of being able to provide service.

Several years ago, I had entered into a business deal with Mr Lister, after my tax business partner had passed away. I was the silent partner. My partner's son inherited his portion of the business and we placed the business up for sale. Mr. Lister, the owner, contacted us and we sold the business to him "as is" at an agreed amount. It was agreed to let him make payments to pay the due balance. In the beginning, payments were made as agreed, but after only paying about half, then he decided the business was not worth the agreed amount. In the end, he discontinued making any more payments on the remaining balance (about $40k) and kept client listings and physical property.

Round Rock Tax Center exceeds expectations Note that this company is not affiliated with Roni Deutch any longer. We met with "Dee Marshall" at this tax office and were delighted with her service! She asked great questions, offered good advice, sought specific paperwork, and helped us very well. We were made comfortable, given cold water for our thirst, and Dee spent adequate time with us at our meetings together. Since we did not bring all the paperwork we needed, we had to return to visit with her several times and she was patient with us. She provided us with an amortization schedule for home we still own so taxes in the upcoming year will be easier. We did not feel rushed in our meetings with her. Finally, at our third meeting together, she went over all line items, answered all our questions, gave us an organized folder with copies of what she electronically sent on our behalf, and spent time with us talking about what our taxes could potentially be next year. We have had our taxes done professionally at other businesses, however, Round Rock Tax Center went above our expectations. This is what we call "superlative customer service."
