You cannot really blame them as adaptation supports sustainability. Clever! Regardless, the quality was excellent. I asked for extra spicy and boy did I get it. We both enjoyed our meals. You can choose fried noodles or steamed rice as your side. They have a nice dry white wine. Service was great. This restaurant is a nice addition to Lintorf.
