She adds language that was not previously discussed!! She was not responsive to inquiries and did NOT stay on top of the lender so our closing was very much DELAYED! I found the few answers she did provide sarcastic and too late to be helpful!! She should go to charm school! Buyers were in the property and eventually paid rent for the second month of occupancy before closing! K & M will never have the opportunity to broker another deal for a property I sell. I suggest all stay away!!!

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate Corpus…read moreChristi, TX and what a tremendous realtor Tara is. Tara and the behind the scenes work of her team go above and beyond anything I have encountered or expected in real estate. I am in the U.S. Coast Guard and recently moved from Southern California to Corpus Christi and I knew I wanted to buy a home at my new duty station in South Texas. I started the process of buying a home soon after I received orders to Corpus and luckily found Tara at KM Premier to begin my home search. The home search was made even more difficult, in my mind anyways, as I was not able to make a trip to house shop in person due to the pandemic and military travel restrictions. Tara made this process easy and accommodating as she more than willingly went to several homes making videos of each to send over for me to view. This was more work than you think as I am very indecisive and was going through a very difficult time personally, mind you this was the first home purchase in my life done all digital. But Tara handled everything with the utmost professionalism with every hiccup I thought I could send her way, from putting down earnest money on two brand new build homes, to making offers on two different homes. I also love Tara's none candid style as she has no problem telling you her opinion, but in the end, she wants the best home for you that you will be happy with. With her experience previously as once an active duty military spouse and the way she was already setup positioned Tara seamlessly and ahead of her competitors into the pandemic era of house shopping. Everything was digital from E-Sign, which is so simple to use, to actual feet on the ground with Tara viewing homes, taking videos sending them via text and posting to YouTube, or even live FaceTime. The responsiveness from Tara is impeccable as well with the majority of communication/questions/comments being answered within an hour if not much shorter along with ample heads up if she were going to be unavailable. If you are in the military being stationed in Corpus Christi, do yourself a favor and use Tara Morgan with KM Premier Real Estate. They have the specialty knowledge to make your transition to Corpus as easy as possible in anyway or direction you choose whether that is a home purchase or renting. For locals to Corpus Christi, again, do yourself a favor and use Tara with KM Premier Real Estate as she has lived here long enough to be the best match for you with a good network of contacts for anything you need during your home search.

We talked to Erica about a property on the island everyday for a week…read more You keep coming up with different excuses and having to reschedule showing us the property. When we asked about putting in the application she told us we were not allowed until we view the property we even asked about putting down the deposit to secure the house before seeing it along with the applications and said we cannot do that either until we see the house. Friday she told us that we can see the house 10:00 a.m. on June 30th. This morning she now informs us that she has three other applications and is not going to show us the house. Then this Erica chick whoever is representing y'all decided to get Mouthy with my wife on the phone. I'll be sure to relay the kind of business practices that are going on at kesling to the rest of the people I know here on the island. Y'all have a good day and we're going to use Caldwell banker or The rental Management company on the island might have to pay a little more but at least we won't get shitty service

I used them for a little less than a year to manage my rental property after my previous property…read moremanager failed to meet my expectations. However, after only a short time, I discovered Kessling was even worse. I had simply asked to have a quick property inspection to assess the condition of the house specifically the fence my renters were asking to have replaced. It took them months to complete this and then he didn't inspect the condition of the air filter, which is something I specifically asked him to do. On top of that, he "referred" me to a contractor do repairs but refused to follow up with the guy when my renters complained and sent pictures of the job not being completed. That was apparently "my problem". And, if that's the case, why even have a property manager if they do nothing more than collect rent? I can do that myself without being there in person. On top of that, they refuse to embrace technology which alone isn't a dealbreaker but makes them very hard to work with. My renters were not happy to be having to drop off a physical check at their office all the time nor was I satisfied with handwritten (barely legible) statements with next to no details on them.

I contacted Amy Willis and Associates at the end of the week and heard back from them on Monday; great sign. However, Bert seemed like he needed some more training on the phone and Marla was friendly until I mentioned we had dogs. She assumed they were bully mixes (we have no idea since they're rescued animals) and she called them "an aggressive breed." As seen below, they wouldn't harm a fly. It's so disgusting that insurance companies and real estate agencies bend to the stigma of "aggressive breeds." The dogs aren't aggressive, the people are. Maybe they should be more concerned with WHO they have in their home. We are a guaranteed 3 year lease with plenty of income and take great care of the homes we are in. I'm disappointed in the ignorance I experienced with this company.

I spoke with someone over the phone about initial info and to set up a viewing. I felt comfortable enough proceeding with the process for the application so we spent an evening providing them with the information for our credit report and background check. All was good. Fast forward to the day of the viewing... I received several urgent messages requiring that I fill out a "pet screening' right away because so many people applied for the house and they needed the info right now. Oh, and by the way, we're canceling your viewing. No explanation. We just can't show you the house today. So, I frantically fill out the application that's longer than the application for humans living in the house only to be hit with a payment screen for this application. A fee that had not been disclosed to me at all by anyone in this entire process. I called the office to discuss this and the woman on the phone was rude, dismissive and said she was happy to remove me as an applicant for the house (surprise) and hung up on me. No apology for a canceled viewing, hidden fees or terrible customer service. Maybe this rental company company has terrible customer service skills, maybe they aren't keen on renting houses to Hispanic wives and blonde husbands. Who knows? Clearly they don't have a problem with deceptive business practices. We lost out on money we could have used to apply for a house where our business is welcome by them. So, RENTERS BEWARE.
