Taking our friend's words for it, I tried their Thai full body massage and my sister got their Thai foot massage. I was pleased with the massage given by Maricel, who asked me for my preference in pressure and checked to ask twice if the pressure was fine. My sister was likewise pleased with her foot massage, which as per her request also included 20 minutes hand massage instead of the usual 10. PhP200 is certainly a good price to pay to relieve stress and get a bit of stretching.

Your masseuse will make you change into robes, and bring you hot lemon tea or lukewarm water while she prepares the sauna room for you. You can choose not to use the sauna, but it's a nice way to prep you for a super relaxing massage. The massage session itself is satisfying. I never doze off when I'm getting a massage here, because I want to enjoy every bit of the one-hour session. There's really nothing to complain about in this spa. If I had to nitpick though, I wish they'd retire their Sitti cd and play more relaxing music instead. I'm sure the Bossa Nova Diva wouldn't mind.
