Told me this would be really good for me! I decided to trust him. I went from 289 to 250 within 2 weeks because I was so sick! I couldn't keep anything down! There were times I wouldn't even eat and was still vomiting! I ended up in the ER and was admitted. I was severely dehydrated. After 3 days I was sent home and was so much better. Now, none of the doctor's nurses NO ONE ever told me that with this new surgery I wouldn't have any restrictions! I was used to all the restrictions I had with the RNY. Anyway I went from 250 right back up to 283! They told me I would be having up to 3 bowel movements a day and that was so not the case! I was constantly constipated! The horrible part was I felt like they pushed me to have this surgery and telling me it would be so great and I would loose tons of weight and once I had the surgery, I felt like I was on my own! After a year from my surgery Dr. Coates put me on Wegovy. I lost maybe 10 lbs. He then put me on Zepbound and I got down to 230! The boom insurances are no longer covering the medication! The Stockton office closed and there was never any mention of it! Their main office is in Modesto! That is very far for me! They won't help me unless I go in for an appointment. I don't see the point in me driving all that way just to get weight and they aren't gonna do anything for me!! I am so upset that I trusted them! The PA Anna has no customer service skills whatsoever. She's very unprofessional. Since I've been off Zepbound I've gain 10 pound and it sucks! That was so much fun, take the sexiness out of you :) and building the strength using every inch of your body. Highly recommend it at least once sometime in this lifetime is what I say. Then I switched it up, tried out bootcamp with Nicholle, how I never thought I'd ever try this workout and guess what? I loved it :) Nicholle knows just how to push you to your limits because she wants you to make the best of your time there. Love working out with a small group, you learn to push each other. I did this for 4 months or so. I had been back off and on and then I did a drop in at the pole fitness class with Sofia and that is when I had met Cyndi Barros who eventually started teaching her specialty, booty-booty-booty!!! I've been hooked since spring of 2013. I absolutely love this lady, she's done more for me than she could ever imagine. I love working out especially when it's close to competition to some girls, they look so good and seeing them doing their poses, you can't help but get so encouraged. I love coming to this place.
