He misrepresented financial details on the seller's side, which caused us to lose money. He claimed he never spoke to the buyer, but later admitted he talked to their assistant -- a misleading and dishonest move. He also gossiped about our family's private matters to the title company and to other agents, which was confirmed by staff at the title company. I even shared highly sensitive medical information with him in confidence, and I now believe he shared it with others, despite me asking him not to. This could be a HIPAA violation. He inserted himself into business that didn't involve him, yelled at me during the sale, and told me I "would be paying Diamond" -- a situation that was between him and another agent, not me. Diamond and I had a professional relationship, and he had no reason to interfere. He was often unavailable unless there was something in it for him, and he clearly gossiped about us to others throughout the process. Another agent he worked with even mentioned he was talking behind our backs. It was completely unprofessional from start to finish. I will be filing a formal complaint with the real estate licensing board as well. If you want an agent who advocates for YOU, respects your privacy, and keeps it professional -- look elsewhere.

We are all just trying to live life, provide for our families and be happy. At Hillside there is a family feeling environment, it is an old time neighbor looking out for neighbor community. The management is very responsive to requests while offering a fairness to any issues that may arise. We all have experienced alot of life changes since Covid hit and I can say I know personally of many families who have been effected and had losses in their families and the staff has been very supportive. I believe our park manager is more than compassionate when "life happens", I have seen her work with many people to help them through the crisis they are effected by in order to keep families together with a roof over the heads.
