I left it alone and just wanted to receive my massage. You have to pay and tip before even receiving the service. The lady hands me my receipt so I can leave a tip and gets upset when I write 5 dollars because I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MASSAGE YET. She calls another lady over who tells me I have to tip 20% and when I push back on it because I'm already over paying by 10 they just keep telling me 20% and online isn't correct. I have never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable at a massage place. I ended asking for a refund and to cancel the appointment because if you don't like my tip then I can take my business elsewhere. Update your website and stop trying to force paying customers into over paying! 20% - get real when you're scamming people as they walk in the door. I will not be back!

But it was not straight time, she stepped out a few times to talk to customers. Massage was rushed, but I didn't want to make 10 minutes a big deal. As soon as I walked out of the room and was offered water I was asked for tip. It was no different than other massage places where they demand tip. She asked like if I couldn't leave with out tipping. I'm all for tipping but it was a short massage on time and rushed. And the way she just asked as soon as I got out was not necessary. I thought this place was "best" from my first experience but it's not anymore. That is my opinion.

What a gift indeed! We had such an amazing experience with Tina & Summer. We were both extremely satisfied and I will plan another session with Tina in the near future. Finally, I got to go! It was 1/2 of this year and I got their scalp detox treatment while my husband got a massage. I loved my experience! Tina was the nice lady who did my session. She was so easy to talk to and had a lot of knowledge regarding my hair health. She gave me tips on everything and I have been following her advice ever since! We loved our experience so much that we came back again for valentine's day and we both got the massage this time around. Summer did my massage and it was definitely a relaxing massage. Although she did focus a lot on my upper spine area so it definitely was a bit sore after, but partly my fault for not speaking up. Overall, this place is amazing. I will be back to try more of the different services they offer. Staff is great. Clean lobby and space. There is a changing room with lockers, robes and slippers. They have 2-3 private massage rooms. There are 4 scalp treatment beds side by side, but still plenty of space on one side and the other side are for facials (?) I'm assuming. After our massages, they gave us 2 $10 gift certificates and 2 boxes of chocolates. It was so sweet! It was pouring rain that day and I saw a staff walk out some of the customers with an umbrella to their car, which I thought was so thoughtful! Note: Parking is limited in front of their store so make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

I was immediately comfortable and settled in for a full body massage with CBD oil add on and Hot Stones. Do the hot stones!!! This was my first time at Spa Habitat and it was above and beyond my expectations. Sometimes in massages I feel obligated to make chit chat and small talk, not here. Sometimes during massages, the therapist sort of misses the mark and doesn't pinpoint all the right areas, but not here. It was the best massage I've ever had, from my scalp to my toes, I really felt like each movement was intentional and done with precision. I relaxed and got out of my head! I needed a lot of help on my shoulders, neck, and hips, and the pressure and attention to my muscles & spine were just so good. She is gold! Thank you Afsoon. So worth the visit! Worth the investment! Gorgeous cozy spa setting in a beautiful charming home turned spa, creaky wooden floors and vintage chandeliers, low lighting, tea and hot neck pillows as you relax in the waiting area.
