After stating that I was in the middle of a two-hour drive down to Cardiff for the tattoo, I was told that 'sh** happens'. I appreciate honest mistakes happen, but this sort of response is appalling. I would have appreciated some sort of attempt to rectify the situation that day or at least some genuine empathy.
