After a while of back and forth i had opted in to get my hands done I wanted clear tips and acrylic with no polish on my hands. I didn't receive that instead I was given a manicure and that's not what I described. They proceeded to go back and forth amongst each other and I told them I didn't mind paying the total of $105 which was the third price they tried to quote me after I noticed they didn't do the service I requested. I called my spouse to confirm the transaction and to let them know I didn't receive the service I descriptively gave, the receptionist that walked in while Andy was doing my service proceed to yell over my phone call, she noticeably dint want me to tell about the horrible service I was forced to pay for. Without the manicure I was given my total should've been $65 like quoted right when my feet touched the water. Design skills needs major work. Never force or haggle a paying first time customer to pay for a service they didn't request or receive. I now see why they have 2 stars
