I'm going to try to reach her because the person I've been getting instead is like a brick wall. She just does not understand simple instructions at all. It's impossible to communicate with her. A simple request to remove an ex from my auto policy has been met with resistance and downright rudeness even though it's been my car and policy since day one. Last night she canceled my policy at his request- unbelievable!!!!! I asked her months ago to remove him from my policy. I'm furious at the moment Aurora would have never let this happen. The claims adjuster was not helpful and fact falsely reported that the minor damage was major as as a result the carfax report affecting the resale value of the vehicle.
