Review for Jose' and his team - Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Handyman Services…read more If you need a reliable drywaller, painter, flooring expert, or just a good handyman, Jose' is my go-to in the Detroit Lakes area. Finding a skilled, precise worker in this area can be tough, but Jose' and his team are top-notch. Not only are they fair in pricing, but the quality of their work is outstanding. What I appreciate most is that Jose' is dependable. He shows up when he says he will--not three days later--unlike some others I've worked with. He also provides detailed, written quotes for every job, so there are no surprises when it comes to cost or scope of work. I can't recommend this company or Jose' enough. If you're in need of any drywall, painting, flooring, or handyman services, this is the team you want!

There were no surprises when it came time for the bill. He and his crew spent 3 days in our home and the cost was $1500. They worked quickly and were constantly cleaning behind themselves. The drywall repair was botched up by another service and All Phase made it look brand new. We will definitely use All Phase again and they have our highest recommendation.

The work was first-rate and they will stop by and finish up when time permits. I highly recommend this business for all of your Electrical Contracting work. I called up Ohren Electic Inc. as they came recommended. Ohren assured me he would be going out to check out what needed to be done (I sent him pictures). We found another electrician. Just last week I gave him another chance, called and left a detailed message about some work we needed done at our house. Crickets. We are so very tired of this unprofessional, disrespectful attitude. If you can't be bothered to work on residential property just say so. However, it took 30 hours to install a furnace and do some minor duct work. They charged 200 an hour, so 6000 on labor alone. Additionally, they failed to do their homework properly on what the job needed and needed to make an emergency after hours run for 300 in parts. This caused a charge of almost 1000 for the after hours service. They pushed back the job 3 times going from a weekday to a weekend and charged me for the 'emergency" which was caused due to them changing times repeatedly. This also does not include putting in an ac unit which they were unable to do. They said this was a "favor" but how is it a favor if you are making 6k in a weekend? Then blamed others when the responsibility for communicating with the person paying the bill is your job. Very disappointed overall. Especially with how they handled this situation after sending the bill.

I asked him to check all of my outlets, and we covered every inch of my house (basement plus three flours) from switches to outlets to loose wires to light sockets (note: my house was built in 1919 and has some original wiring in place). I asked about a hundred questions and Scott answered them all. Scott not only got the power back on for me, but took care of a couple other fixes as well. All this in the span of an hour and a half. Trusting their expertise we agreed that the best fix would be short term fix for finance reasons. Upon installation they found "green slime" which said would break down the system faster. This is the first instance of when we doubted the integrity of the company since we were confused as to why this wasn't discovered earlier. Relying on their knowledge we sent the compressor back but then received a restocking fee doubling the total cost of the project. Upon calling it was considered an unforeseen risk and that we would still be responsible. Bjorn was particularly angry and not willing to listen to my concerns. I offered covering the labor and splitting the restocking fee but was mocked as "wholesale wouldn't do that for us". This completely shattered my trust in Bjorn as he seemed to be more worried about the money than the customer.
