Upon booking I made a genuine mistake when Google dropped in the wrong postcode to my address. 7 days after paying the deposit (almost 2 months) before my event date, someone from their team reached out to check the correct venue address which was provided. 2 weeks then before my daughters party I was then told they could not do my party and were keeping the full deposit (because no one internally had relayed the venue address when it was updated). Horrible customer service whereby no responsibility taken at any point for not checking or updating the address. would never use or recommend to anyone.
