I had a really awful experience all around, but the results of the tattoo kind of speak for them self. In case this gets taken down too I'll be sure it's on yelp for others to find. It's a terribly done piece, I have both sleeves and multiple other tattoos now. I have spoken with so many different artists, and they all agree that the technique is less than great. Given it was a few years back and I was in love with his art, I'm unsure if it was personal, or the fact I brought company with me, but this isn't one of his best by a long shot. There was a large randomly placed and puzzle piece hand drawn on my leg and tattooed without my permission while I was laying down and unable to see what was going on, in which I have a witness who says the same thing, though Austin has said he doesn't remember hand drawing anything on my leg. You can see it was hand drawn just based on how uneven it is. I remember going home and crying for hours. I had a whole horror leg planned out and this experience completely ruined that for me. Our agreement was also that we would have the full tattoo done that day and I had prepared for a 6 hour session, which ended in three and a half hours only because I assume he felt like he had something better to go do. (His friends came to visit part way through for a "smoke break" and all came back smelling like weed, the person I brought with me was the one who mentioned the smell) Overall I wouldn't recommend this company seeing as there's so many other talented artists in Utah with a better track record.
