The staff are so friendly and attentive across the board from reception to technicians and the facility is bright, clean and inviting. I was taken back well before my appointment, the IV contrast line was put in without any issue, and they must have advanced equipment because the whole test took half the time it has in the past. The MRI techs are calming, funny, and professional so if I were a nervous type they'd have put me completely at ease. My insurance tells at me to use non-hospital facilities to save myself money but it's well worth it for the service and comfort you get here!

There were two changing rooms. You lock your belongings in a cabinet and get a key to wear on your wrist to keep your belongings safe during the imaging. It was quick and the tech was kind and gentle. The waiting room had a coffee machine, tv, and cold water bottles in a fridge.
