That no matter what you do, the familiar feeling of anxiety, phobias and stress will still creep up? Well, I completed my sessions with Dawn 2 years ago this week, and I am still going strong. I am living my best life, and I wake up every morning with a grateful heart for another day to serve those around me. I have lost over 200 lbs and have kept it off! Not only has this amazing human helped me, she has also become one of my biggest cheerleaders as I continue in my journey. Dawn is the most warm, genuine, honest, and fabulous person I met along my mental health journey. She didn't offer more than she knew she could deliver, she was transparent in her pricing, she was available for check ins, and even now when I have a question, she is so quick to answer. We called Direct Health and they sent someone to our house on the same day. She did an assessment and bloodwork on the spot. We got a call later that night informing us that she had an infection and her potassium level was low. She prescribed some medications and and within a few days, my mom was feeling better again. I sent an email asking about it and then I got an excuse that honestly I found hard to believe. Never received an email telling me in advance that the session wouldn't take place. I still booked a third session, again, the counsellor didn't show up. I decided that was it. But after, I realized they had charged me for 2 extra sessions that were dated weeks after I stopped using Cobb and Associates services. I do not recommend this company. They charge $180 dollars per session, as a client you would expect a much more serious and professional service.
