What an eye-opener this place is, here's just some of what they have on offer at this specialty tobacconist store. If you are a smoker then this might be a place you'd frequent. They have a whole medley of herbal smokes and the grinders, vaporizers, tobacco flavouring and pipes to go with it. DIY tobacco can be found here and if you haven't already heard of electronic cigarettes, I suggest it's THE answer to the nicotine user who really wants to quit. Incense, jewellery, lighter accessories and, wait for it, contact lenses, what an eclectic collection of products but I still haven't found anything I am likely to purchase. It's easy to miss if you're on your way to Pak 'N' Save or grabbing an ice cream from Wendy's; its pretty small. They stock quite a lot here though and to be honest I couldn't tell many of the cigars apart- I just know they could get rather pricey! There were a couple of guys here on the Thursday night that we visited. One actually recognised my partner from the last time he visited (friends always have birthdays so close together) and they had a nice little catch up- bonus points for the good memory! Pretty friendly all round and one even tried to upsell us (it worked). My partner ended up spending a cool $95 for everything and it seemed like a pretty good price. I have to say I had the most fun checking out the cigar cutters and cases, more for the novelty factor but they have some awesome options here. It was unusual to see that you don't see the cigars displayed anywhere in the store but you pick them out from a list of the companies menu and the they bring them out to you in a tray it must be something that has to do with the local laws against smoking not surprised. I had an awesome time with the lady who ran the store front she was very knowledgeable about her stogies knowledge. The store was very clean and they did offer a huge selection of premium Cuban cigars and accessories. I bought 5 boxes of cigars and she dropped them off at the airport for pickup so I didn't pay any VAT value added tax. I will travel again soon hopefully and will definitely stop here. I never meet such a wonderful helpful and honest people like the people of New Zealand. Cheers
