Not my first time receiving Botox. Tried this establishment for first time. Paid close to 500. On March 7 and saw signs of "fading" by middle of April. Very unfortunate experience. When brought to attention of administrator of procedure and manager the question was why did I wait so long. My answer to that.... was trying to be patient as the outcome timing is different for all. I went to have my brows waxed here. And the girl took it upon herself to make my brows so THIN that you can't see them anymore. Any professional would know that YOU CAN'T DO THAT TO BLONDE BROWS. THEY DISAPPEAR. Also it's not 1997, let's not do that. The tail of my right brow has like 5 hairs left. Not only did she take from the bottom, but she took a lot from the top, THE INNER TOP. So not only are the tails of my brows super thin, she made my inner brow super thin too. You ask you client what they want before you start smearing wax on them. I didn't even have a chance to tell her what I wanted. She didn't take the time to ask me or even look at my face and brows, before I knew it the wax was on my face. You don't do that to someone!! It's like a hair dresser taking 10 inches off without asking first. SO UPSETTING. I got home and looked in the mirror and CRIED. They are going to take so freaking long to grow back in right, and be retrained. If they even grow back in at all!! She took so much off they may not ever come back in right!! My brows had such a nice shape, and they were filled in and I was really happy with them, THEY JUST NEEDED TO BE CLEANED UP. AND NOW THEY ARE GONE!!! I'm so upset over this. If I wanted butchered eyebrows I could have gone to some nail salon and paid 10 dollars. But no I went to the place that charges 20 dollars, because in theory you get what you pay for. Went here and spent 440 the first time for Botox didn't see results went back a week and a half later they told me I just needed more spent another 400 still didn't see results Emma was the one that gave the Botox not happy with results what so ever called and expressed my frustration they told me to come back in spent another 160 and only to here well I'm sorry maybe I should have told you that you were going to need a couple more treatments ...I would never go back there they don't care about there customers she also told me she was going to check in with me in a week and never did but once I called and complained about her not giving correct information and not knowing what she was doing !imagine Emma called and left me a bs message that she did call me the week before but my mailbox was full such a lie my voice mailbox was never full don't go here I can't stress this enough read more
