Was given a single triazolam when I arrived for my IV sedation appointmen. It did absolutely…read morenothing for me. I was so terrified that I was unable to participate in my appointment. There was no attempt to provide me with more appropriate sedation so that I could proceed, other than nitrous oxide, which was ineffective. Dentist gave up and said something about maybe I needed an appointment with the nurse anesthetist. Left traumatized and without the planned work done. Never was contacted about the nurse anesthetist. Finally had to request a refund for the $800 deposit I had put down. At least they refunded all but the cost of the x-rays and exam. Horrible experience made worse by thinking that because this office specializes in sedation dentistry for patients with dental anxiety, they would work with me to provide adequate anxiety relief so that I could complete my appointment. One size does not fit all when it comes to dental anxiety. Took me six years to attempt to get dental care again after being drilled on without an effective local anesthetic. No idea how long it will take me to work up the courage to try another sedation dentist after this experience.

They not only squeezed me in on a really busy day, they stayed late to remove my tooth which became quite a complicated procedure. They truly went above and beyond and saved the day for me as we were less than a week away from a trip to Hawaii. They also came to the rescue for my father in law earlier this year when he had broken part of his implants which were quite old and his dentist basically left him hanging with no upper teeth not knowing how to repair his apparatus. I saw Georgia the first time I had my teeth cleaned. Georgia dropped the suction apparatus on the floor. She picked it up off the floor, & put it directly back in my mouth. I told the front desk that I never wanted to see that hygienist again. The front desk person said that someone changed my appointment back to Georgia. I asked to speak to Dr. Salah. He was unable to talk to me as he was between patients. The manager Mindy came out & asked me if I would stay, I could get my teeth cleaned by Kim at 2PM, then I could talk to the dentist at that time. I was already told by the front desk person that if I waited until 2PM I could then get my teeth cleaned. Approximately 25 minutes later Mindy came out & told me that Kim couldn't stay, but she would have Dr. Salah call me as soon as he was done. All of this was done in front of other patients with no care being taken by the staff. By 6PM I tried calling but the practice was closed. I never recieved a call back from Dr. Salah. This dentist was refered to me by numerous family members. I still can't believe I was treated this way.
