Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he became argumentative with my husband and told us they don't do damage reports. We were essentially told that the damage was "not their problem," even though it happened while our car was inside their equipment. While we were waiting, another customer also appeared to have damage to his truck from the car wash, and the manager showed the same lack of concern. The photos speak for themselves. We went in with a clean, undamaged windshield and left with it completely shattered. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service was unacceptable. The prices are good and you can bring your receipt back within 7 days to get your car washed with the basic wash. They did a great job vacuuming and wiping down the interior as well.
