Once again, he was quick, thorough, and incredibly professional -- sending a detailed video explaining and showing exactly what was going on. Jose's honesty and integrity truly set him apart. He always takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense, especially for someone like me who isn't very familiar with car mechanics. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. They also tried to pass off a non-OEM headlight until I pointed it out. Even worse, they left my brand-new SUV out in the rain with no driver's side window installed. When I checked the car, there was water in the doors and on the seats. One of their staff brushed it off with, "It's not that much water." That's negligent and unacceptable. To make matters worse, Shay -- the person assigned to help me -- had an attitude every time I pointed out mistakes. The only reason I gave even 1 star is because the GM, Ken, stepped in and handled things professionally, taking accountability and trying to make it right. But the damage was already done. Their lack of care, sloppy work, and disrespectful attitude made this a terrible experience.

I called Friday and Darren gave me an appointment for Saturday; he showed up on time and ready to work. He brings everything and you don't need to supply him with anything. Took him a couple of hours for the whole job and needless to say, I was very satisfied with his level of professionalism and detailed oriented attitude. He got an old, stubborn stain I had on my upholstery OUT! Completely satisfied and would recommend him to anybody. Matter of fact, couple of my neighbors asked me about pricing and complemented him (and my car!) on the final product. Don't think twice, call Darren. He'll take care of your care in a way it has never been taken care of. Very happy with the overall experience! Thank you, Darren! I checked online for someone that could come out and clean my parent's car and this business had to have the best reviews. Now I know why!! Darren had his work cut out for him and he did such an awesome job! I do not think my parents had cleaned their car since they bought it - at least 10 years ago. It was the worst. I have furry dogs that are in my car a lot. I also have a two year old who loves to eat and throw his snacks across the car. Sunvibes did a great job getting all of the hair and food bits out of my car. I was home alone when he came to my house and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Great guy and great service! read more
