Without this firm's talented legal team my ex probably could have taken advantage of ambiguous wording and non-expiring provisions. Though I agreed to this expertly composed and reasonably thorough contract without my own legal representation, it turned out to be as good or better than I could have done had I chosen to spend my own money (which I didn't have at the time) to let a handful of competing family law attorneys churn and burn our accounts while we argued over teacups and drapes. Ms. O'Hanlon is indeed skilled, compassionate and professional Thank you, Winkler, Kurtz and Winkler. I carry that separation agreement you wrote for my ex-wife everywhere I go, and it has always been one of my most treasured documents. I am an avid weight lifter and had been attending that same gym for 2.5 years. I chose this firm as I read that they will fight for you. This wasn't the case. Months later I hear back from the attorney who tells me the equipment wasn't faulty and insinuating that I did not know how to use the equipment. I wish this firm was smart enough to go and do a simple google review to see the numerous reviews of broken equipment, machines never being fixed and so forth. While I dealt with this, I requested information on the medical payments that I had to pay out of pocket. 2 weeks later they notify me that the insurance policy has no medical payments. Interesting considering I am an insurance agent for 10+ years and have not once in my life have I come across a policy that did not have medical payments. This firm is good for nothing. Choose someone who will follow up and actually work to assist you and will have your back! These people DO NOT!
