I have to say this is what sold me as Aaron is a pleasure to deal with and patient with any questions although I have never met him in person. I communicated several times via email and always received a prompt answer. They even cut a hole for a suntube that I was installing myself and mounted the flange for me. The quote included a $250 deposit for possible rot repair of which only half was used so my final bill came in under the quote!! The crew was a mixture of hired help and tradesmen and I was quickly able to determine who was the go to guy while on site. He was a pleasure to deal with andhe performed the hard to complete tasks including the flashing and ridge vent. After the work was done a final inspection was performed and a couple days later I received an invoice. About a week later a couple guys appeared and went on my roof with a tarp and did some final checks including cleaning my gutters as the weather was not appropriate when the final inspection was done. It is nice to know that even after the money was paid for the roof they still cared enough to come back. Thanks Aaron to you and your crew!

We can confidently offer our unqualified recommendation for Angel's Roofing. The estimate that we…read morereceived was clear and detailed and the price was a pleasant surprise. We chose to have Euroshield Rubber roofing installed. The installation team was a pleasure to deal with. They showed up when we expected them, worked all day and left the site clean. We were kept informed throughout the process and there were no surprises. I was home throughout the installation and the men were meticulous about each layer of our new roof, not just what would show when they were finished. We are very pleased with the end result. The winds howl outside but it is noticeably quieter inside and it looks fantastic. An added bonus is the drop in our home insurance as a result of the quality materials we had installed. Angel's Roofing is a quality operation with a quality product...definitely a company you can trust! "

When Dave arrived, we outlined what we had in mind and he quickly provided additional suggestions on how our ideas could be made reality. Our estimate arrived later that day which was really helpful. Dave was quick to answer any additional questions we had and was mindful of our budget. We were reassured in knowing that we were meeting with the company owner to get our free quote. After we decided to proceed with Chinook, they gave us a timeline for the project and then surprised us when they were able to start much much earlier than anticipated. The foreman, James, and his team worked quickly and efficiently on the project, achieving more per day than we expected. Despite being a relatively small project, they completed all work in just under 4 days. James and his guys were friendly, polite, and respectful; James was able to answer any questions we had and provide further suggestions for what to plant. Passersby were also impressed by the team and their work. Each day, the team cleaned up the site, put tools away, and ensured that our property would still be presentable overnight. After everything was done, James went over how to maintain our new landscape and had helpful tips about what to do. We are exceptionally pleased with the work and would strongly recommend Chinook Landscaping to anyone who is seeking to beautify their property. You will find yourself in great hands and appreciate how efficient and professional their work truly is. Thanks Chinook Landscaping for giving us a backyard oasis to enjoy!

We check and they are licensed, members of Better Business Bureau, we confirmed a 5,000,000.00 Insurance Liability and open flame insurance which was important to us, their WCB was in good standing, and we are an ISNetworld compliance site. Also their Journeymen really helped with difficult issues. Execution was very sound, professionalism, and we will ask them back. JR Smythe, VP Comp.

I was in turn contacted and provided a quote by Geoff Cheung for the shingles only and was told the other quote would follow. By Sept 30 I had heard nothing so I emailed Geoff again, as well as called requesting the second part of the quote. October 1 with no email from Geoff I called GRS but was forced to leave a message with the call service as you cannot reach the company directly I asked for someone to call me back. On October 3 I was contacted by Curtis and that Geoff was no longer with the company, and that he was the lead project manager and would personally handle my account from this point forward. I again mentioned that I was missing the second part of the quote and was told it would be sent to me. Oct 4, reassured by Curtis that an adjusted quote was coming. Oct 5, called asking for the quote, which was finally sent through that afternoon. I signed the quote attached payment information and returned it. With a request to be put into the schedule for install. Oct 10 I had heard nothing in regards to an install date, so I again sent an email asking when the work would be done. Was told by Curtis that any day would probably work for them and I should let them know what was best for me. I replied that anytime between Oct 15-19 would be ideal. By Oct 15 I had received no confirmation of an install date, so I again had to email Curtis, at which time I was told he had been out of the office but would look into it. Oct 17 received a call saying that the material would be onsite either the 19 or 22 weather pending. Oct 19 was a warm day with no wind so I expected the material to show up, when it did not I called Curtis to confirm whether it was going to be coming, I was told that it was not weather dependent after all and comes down to the suppliers delivery schedule but it would be there either Oct 19 and if not the 22. Oct22, when no material showed up Friday and we had not seen anything by 3:00 on Monday the 22, I called asking for Curtis to let him know so he could contact the supplier. Curtis was busy so I was put through to Peggy (the owner) I explained my situation to Peggy and that I was trying to confirm the schedule for install so I could let the Fascia company know when they would be able to start. Peggy was extremely defensive and rude, rather than listening and trying to work out a solution her answer was to refund my deposit and tell me I had to find a new roofer. I explained I would like to use GRS as I had waited a number of weeks for them to do the install and to please check with scheduling and let me know when it could possibly be done. received a call back 45 mins later from Curtis to be told that GRS would not be doing the work for "no apparent reason" and it was "their decision what jobs they took". my deposit was returned. But I am now left without a roofing company to install the shingles. Overall a pour experience that I would not recommend to anyone so hopefully this helps in knowing what you could experience in dealing with GRS and saves you from having to go through what I did.
