The office told me they understood and would be providing a refund. "The doctor is working on your refund," they said over the phone when I called to follow up. 9 days later they emailed me to say "there will be no refund and if you fight us on this we will send your bill to collections." Keep in mind I never entered their clinic, never took the covid test, and never saw a provider. They provided zero services or products but insisted on charging me $99. I can't even submit this to my insurance because this appointment never happened. When I submitted this for a dispute through my credit card, this office and the doctor himself emailed me immediately to tell me they will send it to collections if I don't cancel the dispute. Then after seeing my review, they said they would refund me if I took down this review. If you search "urgent care" in Yelp, you will find 100 other urgent care facilities in the area. Go to any of those instead.

I was recently sick and needed to see my doctor, but she didn't have any appointments available for…read more3 1/2 weeks (not even for somebody who was currently sick).  I was referred to Dr. Nourparvar by a friend who raved about him.  Dr. Nourparvar made time to see me that same day and I did not have to wait long.  I feel as though he truly cared about what I had to say. I did not feel like just a number, but rather, a patient of many years. He really listens to the needs of the patient and takes the time to help you understand what's going on.  I now have a new doctor that I feel has my best interest at heart.

There are too many doctors who have lost their humanity and compassion for their patients. Dr. Hadikin is not one of those doctors. I also appreciate the fact that he offers email. I prefer to email certain things rather than call the office and just pray the message is presented to the doctor in the same way I presented it to the staff member who answered the phone. I came to Dr. Hadikin over a year ago not sure how to describe how I felt. There wasn't a clear description I could give for everything that was going on with me. Dr. Hadikin took the time to listen and offer suggestions and help. I can even begin to describe how good it feels to be heard by a doctor who cares and takes the time to listen. I do have a tendency to be chatty and he still listens. I am not always concise in describing my issues, especially when I'm tired, so I appreciate the time Dr. Hadikin gives me to describe how I feel. I couldn't have asked for a more genuinely kind doctor who clearly has a big heart in addition to his doctorate.

I was so disappointed when Dr. Dan moved to NY, but that disappointment was short-lived. Dr. Hadikin is kind, caring, compassionate, sweet, funny, charming (am I gushing now?) and more! He is very knowledgeable and always up on the latest treatments and diagnoses. His appointments never feel rushed as he ensures that we've covered everything that concerns me at that moment. He is prompt about returning phone calls and emails, which means a great deal to me. He is 100% non-judgmental and completely LGBT-friendly. Yes, Pacific Oaks is an extremely busy office, but once I'm in the exam room with Dr. Hadikin or one of his nurses, I feel like I'm getting the care and attention of a small, single-physician office. She offers iron infusions, but never informs the public it was not Venofer or a form of iron that will make any difference in your hemoglobin level. She probably should have been more honest about the fact that "Hey you are severely anemic and this infusion will not dramatically increase your iron levels or make a difference in hemoglobin." That would be honest and it cost me about $600 in wasted money. I would not go to her because I do not find her credible or honest. Two very important things needed in a healthcare provider. You've been warned!

They charge $100 for these forms as of July 30 2019. I spoke with the manager Armine Arzoumanian, and she couldn't give me a solid answer as to why they won't make their office more accessible to disabled people, stating only "we are a private practice so we set the rules." It's not very advanced to accidentally refer a patient to the wrong specialist especially if that referral process takes 7 to 10 days, and specialists book 8 to 10 weeks out. I was assigned to one of the doctors at this group, Ayuna Panossian, via my health plan, LA Care. I am so far dissatisfied with the level of care and consideration from this office, but am disabled and switching providers and starting all over is an exhausting process.

I can't speak for their normal urgent care services- this review is for their Covid testing…read more Free PCR Covid tests and $89 rapid tests (I'd recommend getting a free rapid test at Hummingbird down the street instead). You walk up, call a phone number on the door and tell them you're there for a Covid test. Someone brings you out a clipboard which you fill out. You wait 20-30 minutes in line outside, get your nose swabbed, then get the PCR results within about 24 hours. The first time I got a PCR test, I didn't get the result emailed to me in 24 hours and when I called, it sounded like the lab was running behind, but they got it to me in about 28 hours. So nice to have free PCR tests! Thankful for them.
