Horrible customer service. Enter the facility at 1pm and was informed the doctor was on lunch until 2pm for the physical, but they could start on the DT right away. Sounds great. Everyone at the front desk disappeared as customers entered and stood in a line waiting. Finally a worker came to the front at 1:30 to help those waiting. We are still waiting for a DT. At 1:40pm we told them to discard the paperwork we will go to another facility. read more

Sooo slow and they do not accept appointments. Had to come to this location for pre-employment labs and have been waiting for about an hour with a waiting room full of people. I've never had pre-employment screening take this long. Make sure you've blocked off plenty of time if you have to come here. Tried doing so on my lunch break and clearly will be late arriving back to work Update: i waited for a total of 2 hours and the worker was unable to obtain a blood sample due to me being a hard stick. She barely tried, only stuck me once, and apparently there was no one else who could try. So now I have to restart this entire process at labcorp read more

We use Nova Medical Clinics all across Texas and we have been happy with the services, cost, and case management for the most part. They do have issues here and there, but they've always worked them out and strive to continually improve. I love the employer portal where I can do and see everything that I need to manage an injury case or a workers comp claim. It's much better than the previous clinic we used (Concentra). Nova is an exclusive industrial clinic, which means not everybody comes here who is sick, or has sick kids, it's for work related injuries, physicals, drug testing, respirator testing, bloodwork, etc. The staff I met and chatted with today was very friendly and very appreciative for my visit to give them a heads up that we are sending several employees in for some respirator fit testing. Generally, the wait times are 30 minutes or less when you have an appointment for a follow up and we have never waited more than an hour to be seen when we go as a walk-in. read more

This place is AWFUL. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. The lady dumped out my sample after telling me it was good, then told me I'd have to wait 3 hours while being RATIONED water( since i was leaving a urine sample) Very unprofessional. Told me it was good, then dumped it out immediately before I could offer to literally pee 1 or 2 more mL out of 40, No strip on the cup to indicate required amount she just pointed ambiguously tells me the sample should be fine, then dumps it out? She needs retraining or to be fiired PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS. IT WILL CAUSE HEADACHE, WASTED MONEY, and UNPLESANT RUDE interactions. Quest diagnostics will put them out of business since they are respectful, friendly, aren't completely miserable people. Visit: 09/11/2017 Reason: simple urine drug test Total time there: 8:56am - 9:46am I feel obligated to write this post since the others seemed very negative, especially on Google (and my review isn't posting on there due to some error). I am keeping in mind that perhaps things may have changed at this location since those reviews have been posted, which is good. My total time at NOVA was 50 mins. The time in the back was 10 mins. I wish I wasn't there for 40 mins waiting, but looking at the list of people in front of me, I was #10. With that in mind, I don't feel like my wait time was too bad. The lady at the front desk was professional. She wasn't nice, per se, but she wasn't rude. She simply did her job. Conducting the sample collection in the back for me was a lady named Linda. This location just opened up in Feb. - it is the Greenspoint office relocated (no longer off Greens Rd). Unprofessional. The tech who chopped off my hair for my work's random drug testing said he would take chunks in 4 different sections, but ended up taking 6 chunks!! WTH. He kept me waiting in the room while he was outside laughing and talking with the other techs in Spanish... Yes, I can hear you. The doors aren't very sound insulated. And yes, I see you rolling your eyes at me when I said it looked like you already had fulfilled the quota of 90 hair samples !! Don't take more than you need. When you come here for a simple UA and have to wait over an hour for this and are skipped I've 4 times with other patients is ridiculous.

Cons- walk in only. No appointments. Can't give you an accurate wait time. I was all ready to blast this place with one star until I met Brittany. She is a super star. The hospitality she extended was what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. As a hotelier I recognize talent and she is the real deal! read more

Went to the Nova on Hwy 59. Had to do a Physical with Drug Screen,so I made sure when I got there I would be able to produce a sample. However after an hour of waiting I had to go really bad and asked how much longer it would be, I asked nicely but they didn't like that I asked at all and was rudely told a long time. Afterwards I saw them pointing at me and that's when they purposely started skipping me. I asked if I could just do the urine test and then come back to the waiting room and wait to do the physical and they again rudely said No. After a total of 2 and a half hours I was in Pain from having to urinate so bad. I called my corporate office and explained the situation, after they called Nova, they called me back and said it was fine if I had to leave. I had to go to a Restaurant a block away and use their restroom. My company sided with me once they learned I was forced to wait over 2 1\2 hours and ended up leaving because of the horrible attitude by the staff. I'm told they are going to look for another place to send us for our Physicals and Drug test. I've been having to go to clinics for work for over 13 years. This was far and away the worse ever. Most places not named Nova get you in and out in an hour tops. There were others in the waiting room that were clearly frustrated with the staff as well. I heard one lady complain how the DMV was faster than this. read more

This place is a joke! Been here since 12:30 and it's going on 3:00pm. Just for a simple urine test. Been having to piss since I got here. I would recommend on going somewhere else cause the staff doesn't care and a lot of people waiting are aggravated. Fuck this place. How hard is it to do a simple piss test? This is bullshit!
