Unfortunately I had some old but significant business debts for my LLC, and just could not get north of the debt payments after a few not-great years. I had personally guaranteed the loans, and after researching if I could restructure or negotiate a lower payout, it was clear I didn't have any choice but to pursue bankruptcy. My husband and I started researching firms, and after reviewing a number and interviewing four of them, it was quite clear who our absolute top choice was. And, we are sooooo glad we chose Zachary. While this was emotionally an incredibly crappy thing to have to face, Zach was so incredibly professional, helpful, non-dramatic, pragmatic, and basically amazing. He was extremely succinct and clear what all the steps were, what he would do, what I would need to do, and how long it would likely take. He was also very specific about his experience and his estimations -- for example, he would say "in 90% of my cases this has happened, but you have this factor and this factor, so I can say with an 85% certainty that your result will be . . .". It was a lift gathering all the paperwork the court required, but he gave very clear lists and instructions and did all the other work on my behalf, including re-affirming a car loan for a car I wanted to keep paying down after the process. Since mine involved both an LLC and personal bankruptcy it was a bit more complicated, but he made everything easy and was so helpful. I am glad to say that everything came out exactly as he had predicted, or actually better/easier. I made phone calls to several different attorneys before deciding to use Zachary Tyson. The first point in his favor? When I asked to speak to him the receptionist connected me to his cell phone since he was out of the office. I didn't have to leave messages for him or call multiple times trying to get basic information as I did with a few others. He asked numerous questions about my exact situation and gave me a very reasonable rate. Since I was waiting for my tax return I had to wait about 2-3 weeks to actually retain him. When I called back to do so I was able to get an appointment the next day. He told me exactly what I needed to do and what he was able to do right up front. He warned me about a couple things that could be a problem in my particular case. Any time I had a question I could call him and if I didn't actually get him on the phone he would get back to me quickly.
