Used Nova Insurance for fleet insurance and got a great price and Jack was very friendly

Used a screen scraper and got Nova as a lot cheaper than anyone else. Used their automated system to sign up and pay the deposit. A couple of days later Ross from Nova rings up and decides I haven't properly declared all my info (despite me having filled out everything online!) The 'revised' premium goes up from 595 to over 820! At this point the insurance hadn't started so I said fine, I just wouldn't proceed - to be told I could only cancel in writing and by the way there was a £50 fine (oops sorry I mean admin charge) to cancel. Needless to say I still cancelled - oh and when I checked out their terms and conditions the fine (sorry there I go again - cancellation fee) was only listed as £45!!
