My pediatric dentist was absolutely horrible, leaving me TERRIFIED to get something as simple as a cleaning done. I explained my past experience and fears to Dr. Khodosh, and he handled it like a pro. The entire staff was so warm and comforting, assuring me that I was in good hands. Dr. Khodosh himself was very gentle and explained everything that he was going to do before it did it, along with what I would feel and what to expect so that there were no surprises. I'd never felt so safe in the dentist's chair, so I'm so grateful for Dr. Khodosh and his team. A few years ago, we had to do a root canal on a tooth that was giving me pain. I was so comfortable during the procedure that I fell asleep. I was so astonished, I called my mom lol. Gone are the days of tearful dental visits. They are not lying one bit when they say "gentle dental" -- 100% accurate. If you're in need of a dentist who works well with all kinds of patients and will be able to treat you with kind, genuine care about your dental health, schedule an appointment. The X-rays can be painful as they don't always bend the films, and they can cut into your mouth. There is parking on the street outside of the dental practice. There are a few issues: - The prices can be high for anything that is not covered by insurance. - X-rays can be painful (it would be nice if they could bend the x-rays a bit before jamming them in your mouth and asking you to bite down - Cleanings are hit and miss (can be painful, or a breeze) - The dentists both seem knowledgeable about any actual fillings or cavities - Scheduling can be difficult if you want to come in on a Saturday, but it's not too busy during the week.
