The instructors who supervised them were unprofessional and in constant conflict with each other and their students. My father's plan of care changed with every visit, and after one year in the program my father needed $17,000 in restorative dental work. The attendings also never made note of an escalating neurological condition that should not have allowed my father to spend long hours in a dental chair, he is now in a wheelchair after 2 spinal surgeries. Rutgers offered us a $250 refund and nothing more and my father is in a wheelchair. Use this program at your own risk.

All my years of visiting a dental office; I've always had a male dr and my experiences were tense and never the great. But man let me tell you and once I went to family dentistry 2000 I never ever would go any where else again! Dr. Arias and her staff are so amazing. Dr.Arias makes you feel very comfortable, she explains everything to me step by step and she is very professional. Even the dental hygienist there makes you feel comfortable and the young lady is very thorough with cleaning your teeth and not hurting you one bit. Family dentistry 2000 Is really like going into your mothers livingroom where the environment is safe, warm and friendly but yet very professional. Excellent bedside manner, there's barely any wait time to be seen, flexible and accommodating appointment times. Over all remarkable service and you'll walk out of there with a big clean smile.

My daughter went in for treatment and I was told I needed to pay close to $900, when someone from the office told me that was not what I was going to pay on the first visit. Now that my daughter is at her appointment they say I will need to pay the full amount. They don't even offer payment plans. I was not expecting this and even to pay in two payments would require her having to return to this horrible place. Do yourselves a favor and find another office that will treat their patients better. I will most definitely be following up with my insurance to make sure they billed everything correctly and I will be filing a complaint.
