I had to dial, they didn't answer too many calls. that until the afternoon they answered, upset, the person told me what to see through the door and that it was damaged and that she was going to change it. I read that he couldn't come later since he wasn't at home, he got upset, he started yelling at me on the phone and told me that she was going to come and leave the door outside my house. I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth. Now I have to buy my garage door myself and try to get my money back.

Scott also laid beautiful boulder staircases and boulder walkways to complete the look. Boulder Man's finished product is top notch but the icing on the cake for me was how wonderfully organized, clean, and friendly the entire crew was towards us and our neighbors. Very respectful by not playing loud music, no vulgar language (that I heard!), and best of all, they cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving for the day (our project took only three working days!), including hosing dirt from our patio. At the completion of our project, the entire crew took their time with cleaning the yard, raking garden bark in place and leveling the ground where machinery was used. I was so surprised to discover that they had made a little bench out of river rock and slate near the base of the waterfall. Such attention to detail! I needed a roof replacement for a roof that was 23 years old. A friend recommended Moreno's…read moreRoofing. They had done his roof about 3 years ago and he was very pleased with the job they done. Moreno's Roofings' quote was significantly lower than the other quote I got. Moreno's installs a complete roof system , ice & water shield, felt paper underlayment & starter strip shingles around perimeter off the roof. They use Certainteed-Landmark shingles with a 50 year warranty. The crew arrived on March 24, 2025 and removed the old shingles from the roof and installed the ice & water shield and felt paper and staged the shingles on top of the roof. They brought along a dumpster and discarded old shingles and other materials into it as they worked. The next day they nailed the new shingles into place and finished up the job. They cleaned all debris from my yard and also rolled the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. My experience with Moreno's roofing was very positive, the crew doing the work were friendly, professional & very thorough. I am extremely pleased with the results, the roof looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Moreno's Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof replaced

Why say its $145 to come out if its minimum $300 no matter if they leave in 5 mins. Why not say…read more$300 for the 1st hour and then whatever your rate is after that 1st hour? I complained and they dropped to $255 but still not upfront in my eyes. They said the $255 was the price had it not been after hours. intitially I asked how much to come out and take a look. Was told $145 since it was after hours which is fair. Then the bill was over $300 for 5 mins of work. No parts were replaced or anything just a flipped switch. most companies that simple of a thing would have been included in the $145 service charge. If they would have spent half an hour putting a new valve on or something the 1hour labor charge would have been justifiably. They are nice on the phone and nice when they show up but when it comes to the bill I hope people can learn from this.

My original plan was to just get certain areas on the roof replaced because of some leaking issues I had. However, because I also had some hail damage, he also quoted a full roof replacement--advising me that many times this is covered by homeowners insurance. Manny coordinated his schedule to meet me on the day the insurance field adjuster came out. A little later, I came to their showroom to pick out the shingle type/color, gutters, and gutter shields as well as to setup a payment plan. Their prices were very reasonable. The roof, gutters, and gutter shields were all professionally installed. The installers also did a great job covering bushes and other items around the house before the work was done, and cleaning up the yard afterwards! I am very happy with the appearance of the house now and, of course, glad that I don't have any more leaks in the kitchen! I am also very satisfied with the work that was done and especially the service I received from Manny and Leo (owner).
