They do their work with no fuss and leave my carpets in great condition. There was a big price jump this year, but I went with them anyway: I'm just not willing to risk using another supplier when I know Deep Down is always no drama and excellent service. Will use them again--obviously!

They came back go pick the rug up a week later telling me they would keep the rug and reimburse me for it, but when someone finally called me back a few days later, they said they decided to fix the rug instead. They called me over a week later, to tell me they had fixed it back to brand new condition, but when they brought the rug back, it was still puckered and damaged. I told them i wasn't happy with the rug, so they took it away again. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and no one has even called me with an update. Really feels like I'm getting the run around.

I got 3 cleaners with no declutter or organizing skills. They didn't know how to sort recycling, they dumped out my apple cider vinegar and threw out some containers I use. They didn't declutter, they stacked stuff in piles. The dishes were still greasy and cloudy. I would not ever recommend this service or this company to anyone I actually care about. I needed help and I got scammed. This is a stress no one needs. Find a better service.

Dirty rags left on counters, the bathroom floor was never washed, no attention to detail whatsoever. On one occasion the cleaners came and went completely unnoticed. Her pleasant responses on here about customer service are absolutely hilarious as I found her to be rude and belligerent from day 1.

I did not want to write a bad review because I believe in small business but this was a disaster…read morefrom start to finish. We have a rental property and wanted to pay somebody else to clean it because we are too busy. I googled local cleaners and Glowwhite responded very quickly. I was pleased with the price and availability. $25 an hour and she said it would probably take 4 hours. No problem. Later she says she can send three of her workers at $25 an hour each and I expected the job would be finished faster and if not faster at least more thorough. I could not have been more wrong. The floors were soaked and when they dried they were quite literally dirtier than before they got there. The floors were also very sticky. I asked that the carpet on the stairs be shampooed and although the carpet felt wet it did not look any cleaner. The windows had not been touched and neither had the patio door. I complained so she sent them back to fix the problems. When I checked it a second time the floors were no better and the windows were somehow worse than before. Completely clouded over with streaks, looked like really dirty cleaning rags were used or I don't even know how they ended up looking so bad. Again the stairs did not look any better. I complained again this time she came back herself and cleaned the windows and floors better but after the floors dried they were still sticky and still looked dirty. I was fed up and finally said ok just send me the receipt so I can use it towards my taxes (it's a business), this was 2-3 weeks ago and still have not received a receipt. So we are out $350 bucks, the house is still dirty and I can't even claim it towards my taxes...If I could give a zero star rating I would and I would not recommend this cleaning company to anybody. Sorry not sorry
