The manager, Hawa, corrected the problem, though, working with both parties to satisfy our needs. They are COVID compliant and require customers to wear masks; they also have hand sanitizer throughout the store. The store features a clean and airy atmosphere, great solid furniture, and very competitive prices. I've purchased several items in the past from them and will continue to do so. Nadeau furniture is the place for good furniture and great prices! I really appreciated Hawa's efforts to make things right!

Brandon was patient; he gave me space to shop alone but would check on me often. Now the delivery experience was completely different. There were two men delivering, one was nice the other was rude, deliberately damaged several of my items and when I brought it to his attention he was flip. This individual was in his 50s at least so he was old enough to know better. I would definitely recommend the store and Brandon, but I'd be cautious on the delivery and installation of the products.

Bad customer service, and bad management!!!…read more Went in on this past weekend in Boston things and did not make it home with me one item it was a seven dollar or floral pick! I called and spoke with the assistant manager who was who checked us out and he said I gave them to you and I said no there was three we purchased four you had three in a bundle and one to the side. We made it home with the three but not the fourth one! I feel like I'm pulling teeth. Just get the item that he did not give me and he persecuted to argue with me and I asked to speak to the store manager, but supposedly he's on a conference call.

Ended up buying a set and overall very happy with the experience. The people delivering the set were awesome. Immediate swarming by sales people, though…read morenice, as well as deceptive information meant to get you in the door, I inquired about dining chairs, said I'd need four. They were listed online as "in stock." I texted to make sure they were in stock and was assured they were. They told me the price which was $10 more than the listed price. First red flag, but not a deal breaker. Went to the store and saw the chairs in person, asked to purchase four. The salesperson said they were "in the warehouse" and he'd "have to check if the owner will break up the set." The set? They are listed as single chairs. He promptly came back and said no, it's 3-4 weeks for them to order the chairs. Huh? I asked for four chairs before coming in! We left and purchased chairs elsewhere. Furniture quality is meh, I'll stick to Ethan Allen. We don't mind ordering and waiting. We do mind inquiring and being told misinformation to get us to drive to the store. Our time is valuable too!

I had a great experience at Vine and I hope that anybody considering buying furniture will check…read morethem out. They are also a family run local company, which is extra points in my books. I got to Vine after checking out Bliss and OP Jenkins (which is just accross the street). I had actually set my mind on a dresser I found about two days prior at Bliss (west showroom). I pretty muched walked in there to hand over my money and take the dresser. Sadly I couldn't get anybody to attend to me so I drove downtown to check out OP Jenkins. Didn't really find a dresser I liked there so I walked across the street to Vine. Vine Furniture is an interesting store. In a good way. You can immediately tell that the furniture is of slightly lesser quality than the other two stores I visited. Not bad furniture. Functional but not as fancy. It was also hot in there. I think they were probaly trying to save on their cooling bill and I don't blame them for that at all. Anyways. it is a good size showroom with about four levels. I had really amazing help. She came to find me, pointed out where the dressers were, left me on my own device and checked on me after about 20 minutes. She then helped me find something I hadn't noticed that I ended up buying. I was really impressed by the service I got at Vine (instead of pretty much being ignored at Bliss). My new dresser ended up costing about 1/4 less than what I had planned to spend at Bliss. Which worked out perfect cause I could then buy my dogs a fancy dog bed I had been considering for a while. Oh, and I got a 10% discount for paying for it outright instead of financing. They also deliver free downtown. They pretty much have everything one needs to furnish a house. Again, probably not the fanciest furniture but one can definitely find very cute and functional items. At a great price too. Trumped by really awesome service. They most certainly have my vote!
