It's near my mom's house; and I could get my CVS points ( I love coupons!). Wow, was this different than the CVS near my house in El Cajon -- I initially thought the clerks (2 of them, both late teens) were conducting a transaction with another young woman of approximately the same age. Nope! Not at all. They were socializing and discussing when their paychecks would be available. Not only that, while I stood in line waiting for them to tie this up, I got to hear about a compelling range of topics including: one clerk's scratch and sniff panties (I swear I am not making this up); another girl they went/go to high school with who has VD; and whether or not this same said girl participates in certain acts of non-traditional intimacy. Now, I'm not a prude by any means, but really??!!! Seriously!!!???? I'm going to stand in line for 5 minutes while you discuss this within hearing of customers (that you are ignoring as you socialize with an off-duty co-worker). One of the girls must have finally felt the poison daggers my eyes were sending her, because she grudgingly opened a register. I'm only giving them 2 stars because, as Mike R. noted, they're convenient. Hopefully the management sees this and has a chatty with his late teen/early 20's female clerks, because this wasn't appropriate in any way, shape or form.

They make you answer 20 things on a screen including several about things they want to sell you. Other things are contact preferences that they have asked over and over in the past. This station was great because the gas prices were reasonable for the area, the convenience store was well stocked and large, and this location had a Subway restaurant as well as a Dunkin' Donuts.
