My…read moredaughter came home and was telling me about her day at school, she told me that she had to be silent all day and do her work?? she then said most of her teachers were on their phones the WHOLE time!? That is NOT teaching!!!! For the schools being so strict on phones this is so very UNACCEPTABLE!!! My daughter texted me and told me the school gave her detention for not being present in study hall, but I called her out? Why did she get a detention?? I called her out! Well it's because I didn't say a reason for her going home. Why should I have to give a reason?? my youngest daughters in middle school has a very strict dress code, which I don't mind because it's school but to dress code her because her shirt didn't cover her butt?? She was wearing sweatpants and a mid length top (belly covered). Yet I've NEVER heard of a guy getting dress coded for the same thing?? I'm gonna end this by saying if your planing in going to Chardon local schools DON'T!
