This last time I tried to make a purchase online to pick up in the store. I receive notice that the item "Is unavailable" but I placed the order from my car and I'm looking at it. I grabbed my item and proceed to the check out. I explain what happened and the woman rings me up. The total is higher than online. The stores are supposed to honor their own online prices and their competitors but the other woman told me that they did not and would not even though I literally had a receipt from their own online store from 10 minutes prior. It was not a delightful experience. I had to go online and select ship to home which took longer but cost less. So ridiculous. This particular store is inconsistent and problematic. That's the last time for me.

Not only was this behavior unacceptable but I was baffled at the lack of respect for potential costumers. If these are the standards that GNC is teaching their employees to follow considering they are offering wellness products then I don't know how anyone is supposed to feel comfortable enough to ask for help when they are automatically being judged before they walk in the door.
