I think the doctor network they provide is acceptable, but their customer service has been severely lacking.

I've saw James for my sleeping issues and overall lack of energy, and I have definitely noticed an…read moreimprovement. My regular doctors were unable to find anything physiological or internal, and had really didn't have a next step to go to. I knew James already, and figured it was a "nothing to lose" situation. I'd known James 10 years before, when he served as a GAP volunteer in South Africa. I'm about fifteen years older than he is, and the mother of two kids. I liked the way James explained everything at the beginning of the session: not a "top down" lecture, but a discussion through which I could understand how and why things were probably going to work, and I could make my own understanding of my life and situation clear in my own way. After some talking, visualising and thinking about relationships in my life, James guided me into a trance state, where I experienced some visions and was able to sort of line up past experiences (including some past life experience) with what was happening in my life in 2007. A lot became clear, and James was able to allow me space and silence to realise this, and to guide me into more revelations. For instance, he helped me match up some emotions with physical problems in various areas of my body, which allowed me to actually learn to cope, in the months and years that passed after the session, with those problems. Although we never actually found out why my leg hasn't regained flexibility, the recurring pain I used to get from time to time in the leg has never reared its head again! For me, the most valuable thing I gained from James is the knowledge that there is a state of being in which we can see our obstacles and ills so clearly and tap into the wisdom needed to overcome them. If I could undergo regular sessions with James to experience this state, with all its healing potential, I would! I do not recommend this practice! First of all the doctor never bothers to give you the basic check…read moreup, just writes a prescription for useless herbal medicine. Second, she is always late! Every time I had an appointment as the first patient of the day she was at least 30 min late for work. Last but not least, the receptionists are incompetent and rude. I called one day to ask about vaccinations before travelling to Asia. The receptionist just put down the phone and hang it up without saying anything! Then she did not answer it seeing my caller ID - how do I know she was avoiding my call? I tried with another phone no and she answered immediately! It's a joke not a medical practice.
