The very vile and rude DMV worker told me I could not accompanied my mother and told me to wait outside in the cold even after I explained that I needed to be there to help my mom. The DMV worker was rude, very unprofessional and unempathetic. She took offense when I asked her why I was not allowed to translate for my mom. She treated us an inconvenience and said I could not be there to translate for my mom. I went to ABC title and was in and out in 15 minutes. The young man that helped my mom treated us with respect and as humans, unlike the nasty, hateful people at the DMV. Thank GOD for ABC Title for helping my mom renewed her ID with no hassle. I went to Lucky Title for a double transfer. I'm fine with one star because her one saving grace is…read moreshe was initially very helpful and patient as we sorted out the details. I paid $220 for the first part of the transfer. She was unable to complete the second part due to some issues unrelated to the initial transfer. When my daughter-in-law went to ABC Title to complete the second part, we discovered that the first part had not been completed. I immediately reached out to Lucky Title for a refund. She sent the refund to my bank but it didn't go through. Now I'm having to wait to figure it out. Through it all, Thuy has been helpful.
