None of the abuse referred to happened at Dr. Singh's clinic. Dr. Singh thought (as I do) that people deserve second chances and that mistakes even large one in a person's past shouldn't ruin them forever. Honestly, Dr. Rekhi saved a very sick puppy of mine and went above and beyond to ensure good communications. I was sad to hear he was no longer employed there but understood when Dr. Singh explained the circumstances. His clinic was being targeted because of the past reputation of Dr. Rekhi and he had to make difficult choices. Dr. Singh has been my family vet for 15 years on and off and it saddens me to see all of these unfair reviews. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the hours are amazing for working folks and the prices are very fair in a time when many veterinary clinics are charging insane fees. They went above and beyond to facilitate me getting lifesaving medication for my pup after his bloodwork came back.

English Line diagnosed it, and said that it needs to be removed immediately and sent away for a biopsy. We tried to make an appointment, and even though it was of urgent nature, they would not do the procedure for at least a month. When we asked if it shouldn't happen sooner, they said that it absolutely should, but that they couldn't accommodate us, and that we should find another vet. We finally spoke with Northumberland Vets in Colborne. They saw us the following day, and are operating in two days. We will never set foot in English Line again. We are still in shock over their complete apathy. We requested a call back from an actual vet there twice, having exhausted any compromise from the receptionist. The vet never returned our call. Family and friends will take their business elsewhere. In an emergency English Line will easily let you down.

The reason I chose to come here is because this is where my parents always took our cats. They have annual plans that we like, one includes a dental and the other doesn't.
