Dr. Hall was recommended by a co-worker, so when I had a broken molar with a filling, I called and got an appointment with no problem. The office is always calm and neat, a plus if you're anxious about these kinds of appointments. Dr. Hall has taken care of my emergency dental issues, a wisdom tooth extraction, and cleanings. All of the staff are super friendly and the dentists really care about you as a patient and love what they do. They try to stay on top of technology and keep their office nice and up to date. I've also heard great things about how they work with small children who are apprehensive about the dentist. This gets you custom trays and whitening gel every six months at your regular cleanings. We were provided this whitening service for free as a perk of being referred to the practice by our neighbor.

I knew ahead time that this visit would only be x-rays since it's been a while since I've had them done and it was in a different state. Eve was upbeat when asking me questions about my dental history and then we got to talking about my upcoming wedding. I felt very comfortable tasking with everyone that I saw today. After my screening and having photos taken of all my teeth (so cool to see) I was told that they could fit me in with a cleaning that same day. I know this isn't the norm but I was more than happy to not have to make a shirt follow up visit. As I was leaving after my cleaning, one of the receptionists noticed I didn't have an umbrella and it was getting ready to rain. She graciously asked if I wanted one because they had some extras! Such a thoughtful group of people who deserve the excellent reviews they currently have!

While the office is professional on the surface, my experience overall was extremely frustrating and costly. After my permanent crowns were placed, I developed persistent sensitivity in my right front tooth (cold and hot) that did not improve over time. I also felt a noticeable ledge/step on the back side of the crown near the gumline, which made me concerned about the fit/contour. Aesthetically, the crowns also looked longer and bulkier than expected with heavier incisal edges than what I was aiming for. When I tried to address these concerns, I was advised to pay for additional diagnostics (a wax diagnostic). After I paid for it, the office later terminated the patient-provider relationship instead of completing the planned corrections. What made the situation especially difficult was the refund process: the office confirmed in writing the refund amounts, but repeatedly stated the refund would only be processed if I signed a broad "release/indemnification" agreement exactly as written. The agreement was extremely one-sided. It went far beyond acknowledging a refund and included sweeping waivers and protections for the office, along with a "non-disparagement/online statements" section that, in my view, would discourage patients from speaking openly online about their experience. I was not comfortable signing something like that just to receive an agreed refund. Overall, I'm deeply disappointed by how concerns were handled. The communication and resolution process felt dismissive and, at times, misleading - more focused on protecting the office than responsibly addressing the problem. My takeaway is that the approach felt money-driven, and I left feeling I couldn't trust the process. I would encourage anyone considering treatment here to do thorough due diligence and not rely solely on online ratings.

Then fit me in early morning a few days later to do a follow-up on me. He always takes the conservative approach so as to not gouge you or your insurance. He tries the least invasive route first and only does more when necessary unlike stories I've heard about other practices. Not only that, he is always gentle and kind, constantly checking to make sure you're ok as he's working on you. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! I've had my ups and downs in office, but overall when I look at it all, this is the office for me. They do sometimes not explain billing super well. But they have payment options which is nice, and their one of the few offices that works with government insurance. There was one cruel tech, but they fired her pretty fast it seemed because she was in multiple complaints for her cruel behavior. Which made me respect the office immensely. It showed they understand the struggles people go through that lead to teeth issues. They could've probably easily told me dentures, but they didn't. They took their time fixing each tooth, they were always kind throughout, and I am so thankful for all they do and have done. I've noticed some even now with use a numbing gel and then the numbing agent which is nice. I have a high pain tolerance but still, a little less pain in this world ain't so bad! I definitely have had moments when my disorder has acted up there, but they kinda seem understanding of it. They'll give me a second when I'm anxious. They let me pause. They fight insurance for coverage. Now I'm finally making more and will be moving insurance, and be able to afford treatments outside what the government allows, which makes me even more grateful because i know they know what they're doing. However, the prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. I tried calling the emergency number provided on my discharge paperwork over the holiday weekend, but no one answered, and my email went completely unacknowledged. When I finally reached the office on Tuesday, I was told it must have been a "mistake" and that the doctor was referring to antibiotics prescribed weeks prior. When I asked for further clarification about why the doctor explicitly told me to take them post-surgery, the receptionist just chuckled and brushed it off. I am now 9 days post-op, in severe pain radiating to my ear, and having to seek care elsewhere for a likely dry socket/infection because this office completely dismissed my concerns. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy care. Update: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE WITH SERIOUS MATTERS IT WILL NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!
