All of our food came at roughly the same time with sashimi arriving about 5 minutes ahead. The sashimi was tasty with a nice amount of sauce to complement the fish. The dumpling was room temperature and had an okay flavor but was not as tasty as I expected. The tofu was undercooked and the sauce was decent but could have used a bit more flavor. Overall, I had a hit-or-miss experience at Lai by Noodle Noodle and think there is room for improvement.

You can only find them if you are walking along the narrow cobblestone streets of Old Stavenger. Located across from Deli De Luca, and beside Sentrum Souvenirs. They run a clean operation. Store was small and well organized. Prices were fair for a convenience store. Service was polite. Had a good time eating our cookie and belgian waffle here after purchasing. There is a small counter area with bar stools which we took advantage of. Would be a regular if I lived in Stavenger or worked in the area.
