Go see his work first. Remember a person listed on a reference could be anyone. A real person or someone who is conning you. Check, and save yourself sorrow.

A Dehumidifier was installed. The work was done as scheduled, on time, and as described with a high level of professionalism. The team was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. Based on our excellent experience, we will be using this company again in the near future for another home that has a similar crawl space issue.

Of course with the holidays coming up I didn't leave too much pressure on someone getting back to me nor did we have intentions of moving ahead with collecting on site quotes until January, however, just wanted to at least put all the gears into motion before the New Year. I was really surprised that Sam got back to me as quick as he did. We were able to book a site inspection for the new year right on the spot which was appreciated. We received the quote a week later which was a basic one page quote. The project was put on hold by the request of the homeowners, however, we appreciate the promptness, politeness and the fact they came out in a timely manner for us. This review is based on communication which is a huge issue for me.
