I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

Friendly staff who are very professional. My daughter has just started attending here a few weeks ago and so far she's enjoying it. Probably one of the only few preschool I've found that aren't afraid to disclose the tuition fees upfront online and are a very organized church preschool who have their curriculum together. They are involved in other outside organization such as additional sports activities and also has scholastic book clubs that I take advantage of. No complaints so far and as long as my daughter is enjoying school, I will give 5 stars.

Not only that, but also they insisted on a midday appointment with zero flexibility (if I had days off, I wouldn't need a school). I don't need your facility to tell me to find "other therapies" because all other properly trained Montessori instructors felt adequately "equipped to handle" my child. No questions were asked as to how my sons autism presents itself. Just an immediate dismissal. Her assumptions, presumptions, tone and lack of self control when speaking to me what's ghastly. There is no parking and tons of traffic on this road. That not only lacks convenience, but also is a safety risk.
