They never sympathise with you for any difficulties you encounter even when they know they are renting you a property rife with hooliganism and criminal acts. They will also make you pay numerous charges that they never explain to you at the beginning. Their slogan is "why did you not read the small print in the contract"? Finally they will connive with bogus cleaning companies to cheat you out of half of your deposit. I have never ever dealt with such an unscrupulous set of thieves posing as estate agents. Northwood has done an excellent job in renting out my property for more than two years, particularly in the choice of ideal tenants. The staff are extremely efficient and friendly, and email financial information promptly. They provide a detailed tally at the end of the tax year too. Northwood have notified me immediately about any repairs needed to the property and the workmen recommended have ensured that everything has been well maintained.
