Please read the countless negative reviews on this platform about Directors Mortgage and their…read moreReward Program. I, along with my daughter and her husband and countless others, maybe hundreds and thousands in Oregon and Washington (and elsewhere), have been duped out of what is owed. After "investigating" this company, I believe their conduct is fraudulent and that they are engaging in unfair and deceptive business practices through their reward program. Just do the math-if my rewards over the length of the loan were 40 thousand dollars, and if 200 people had similar amounts, that is $8 million that they don't have to pay all the people they sold these loans and rewards programs to. It could be a PONZI scheme. Of course, they will tell you the Rewards Program is a separate entity. It may be legal, but that is going to be a weak defense, because if they benefit from the program, which they can't disclaim responsibility for when it fails! By the way, the Rewards Program is in the same building as Direct Mortgage's corporate office! Besides, all the Rewards Documents include the Director's Mortgage Logo! I requested this information over six weeks ago from Direct Reward Representative, Jennifer Easton, regarding the DR business entity, the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated, and the name and contact details of their registered agent, and I have not heard anything to date! As others have mentioned, my loan was sold to a servicer within days of my loan closing. A company that has thousands of complaints! I encourage all people to file complaints with the appropriate state regulators: DFR Consumer Complaint Form (Oregon) Federal-Consumerfinance.org Oregon Attorney General's Office Do a review on Google as well! For some, if not all of you, complaints can be filed against Directors Mortgage and Direct Home Rewards! May the Force Be With You

Bobbi helped us define our requirements and really helped us crystalize what we were looking for - asking questions we didn't think we needed to know the answers to - but ended up being highly valuable and helped us narrow down our search criteria. Now, that meant we were looking for a goldilocks house that was just right for us. But we were in a position to bide our time and learn what areas and layouts we liked and didn't like. Bobbi helped us through all of it and was thorough, professional, and thoughtful. We truly believe having Bobbi and Alicia as our buyers agent gave us an advantage in the market. Bobbi negotiated excellent concessions and helped us have confidence we weren't buying a lemon. It was surreal when we finally got our keys, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. Thank you Bobbi and Alicia!

Chuck Emmi and his team with Caliber made everything simple from day one. He worked around the…read moreclock to get us the best possible deal on our home loan, and was able to lock us in to an extremely low rate. He also worked very hard to make sure all of our paperwork went through, as we had an issue with some of our paperwork not showing the exact figures that the underwriter was wanting to see and he convinced them to accept what we had available. I look forward to working with Chuck again in a few years to refinance our first home!

Definitely will not be recommending. Had to refinance to remove my ex from the mortgage. Started in…read moreFebruary. Was told should not need a co-signer. Finally went to underwriting in May. Kept being told week after week something else they needed. Why not just tell me everything at once. THEN was told in June if I wanted o get money out of equity, I would need a cosigner. THEN the following week was told I definitely need a co-signer, no way around it. Had to have a re-inspection for the appraisal and got a notice I needed to pay an additional $150 for this. Caliber said THEY were paying it so to ignore the email. Next set of disclosures I get, the $150 is added on to my closing cost. When asked about it, supposedly Caliber paid 3K to get me a lower rate in exchange for the re-inspection fee. Everything is finally in underwriting. I'm told I should know by the end of the day when it will close or if there is anything else needed. Come the end of the day, I'm told should know in the morning. Come the next day, still nothing. I'm told UW gives 24 hour window to respond. It's now been over 48 hours and I'm still waiting. One thing I was also told, she, the loan officer, helped to rebuild my credit. Um, no. She just told me what underwriting told her, how much I have to get my credit card down to before they can start the process. Worst customer relations ever. T least with this loan officer. Never returned a phone call. Texts and emails sent multiple times, usually got a vague response, not answering specific questions, not informing me. Oh, I was told I would get X amount and my monthly payment would be Y. I get a disclosure which shows Z for the cash back and the same mortgage payment. When asked why, because the difference between X and Z would got to pay a debt. Um, that is not how I want that debt paid and why was this not brought up with me? Terrible communication from this person.
