History
Established in 2002.
Established in 2002 Northwest Eye Associates is celebrating "Ten Years of Healthy Vision." In September 2002, Northwest Eye Associates first opened its doors as Scott Eye Care in Shattuck, Oklahoma. In April 2004, Dr. Scott started helping out Dr. Hawkins in Woodward; and a year later, purchased the office. By February 2007, the practice had grown and Dr. Hawkins retired; therefore, Dr. David Jones joined the practice. Dr. Scott and Dr. Jones were classmates and friends throughout optometry school. The doctors share a commitment to always strive to provide the most technologically advanced eye care in Northwest Oklahoma. This commitment has resulted in Northwest Eye being the only practice in this area to perform select laser procedures and several other diagnostic procedures. Another source of pride for them is the beautiful new building they were able to construct in downtown Shattuck.
