I'll be back everytime I come into town. At first when I pulled up it wasn't reading my card correctly. Then a nice man walked up and asked if I was having any issues. I explained That it hadn't read my card but that I was going to try it again but he kindly gave me a free wash without hesitation. How kind! Great Customer service is very hard to find... And the car wash seemed very well-maintained and clean and if he was the owner, he seemed very attentive to his car wash. Not to mention the price point as mentioned in another review! I immediately pulled around to the office and reported what happened. I was asked to fill out a damage report, and staff took photos of the damage. The office manager reviewed the video footage and told me he clearly saw where it happened and that the company would be in touch within a week to take care of it. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeatedly followed up both by phone and by stopping in three separate times, but was never given an answer or a contact name or number for ownership or corporate. Today, when I called again, the manager simply said the claim was denied. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. My wife and I have canceled our service and will never use this company again.

They washed all matts in the van- looked great. Did not run a vacuum on any of the under parts- which needed a good vacuum regardless of matts protection. They didn't wipe down any of the dash or interior. They did do a great job on the windows but man for the price to have interior done I sure wish it had been more thorough of an interior job. We have had all of our vehicles detailed by same company and they were amazing totally different experience.
