His stress level began to elevate upon realizing that it was not easy to find a towing service on Sunday afternoon, so I had to come out to help him. The kind folks at Pipo's Multiservices probably saved him from another potential stroke. Upon hearing about the potential medical situation, the service dispatched a towing promptly with a driver who was knowledgeable and with a good demeanor. The estimated service charge was $125 (which I thought was unbelievably inexpensive for the estimated distance of 7 miles.) As it turned out the actual distance was 9 miles and the driver charged only $135. It was a truly pleasant emergency service experience. I would recommend this company to any Dacula or Auburn area residents with confidence in their professionalism and enthusiasm for serving their own community folks. Thank you so much.

I had never gotten my car towed before and no one else was available at the time. They had told me it was $200-$250 up front when they showed up and then switched up on me last minute. They even tried to convince me that other companies would've charged me $1000 and that they were giving me a good deal. I gave them the last of what I had and said I would send the rest the next day and then I was informed by others that it doesn't cost more than $300 for a tow and that's depending on the weather conditions and how far they have to take your car. All they had to do was pull my car out, I was right in my neighborhood, and the rain had already cleared up. They later tried to convince me that it wasn't a tow and that they had to pull my car out of a ditch but if i'm not confused, that's exactly what a tow is. Never doing business here again.
