We were picked up in manly today for our return trip. We had a very pleasant experience two weeks ago when we were picked up from Airport. Today was a different experience. A quarter of the way through our trip the driver stated we owed $20 for our oversize baggage. He loudly announces this in front of other customers. He had spent time the first quarter of the trip on his mobile phone calling the office, shuffling papers, texting all as he drove. I told him we had email quotes and I had emails back and forth with customer service in addition to the fact that this was our return trip. He again got on his mobile phone called the office and loudy announced that I was disputing him etc etc. I said I had the quotes and he turns as he is still driving and screams out " I'm on the phone, don't interrupt me". He then had the customer service person talk to me on his mobile. She looked it up and found that they had charged me for the 2 yr old instead of the Pram and car seat. I told her I was not impressed with his behavior and especially the fact that he was on his Mobile. The trip was very awkward and my main focus was just getting to airport safely and getting all our luggage. He then dropped us off and as he walks away he tells me he doesn't appreciate that I complained about him. I told him I was the customer and he responded " so what". At the point my husband was annoyed and stepped in. He proceeded to step right in my husbands face and say " what did I do". I was worried at this point as this guy definitely had an edge to him. We told him to just drive away. He left and we entered airport we realized that he dropped us at terminal J. We actually were suppose to be be at C which is qantas. We will be making sure we fill out as many online reviews as possible. My husband has photos of him shuffling papers, texting, taking in his phone while driving. We don't live here but our relatives do. I will make sure to inform them also. ( to clarify they charged me for a 2 yr old who should have been free to hide the fact that they were charging for a car seat and Pram/ stroller).
