All of the dryers are functional and easy to operate. The location is usually busy in Friday to Sunday's. Weekends is not the best time to visit this place. Many of the washers smelled like oil, and some of my clothes actually came out with oil stains on them -- completely unacceptable. The staff was extremely rude and made me feel targeted. I was first approached at the washer and told I had "too many clothes" and "too much soap," despite using a $6 washer, which is already outrageously overpriced. Even the small washers cost more than comparable laundromats. Later, the same staff member sought me out again in the dryer area and told me I had too many clothes for the dryer -- these are commercial dryers, so that made no sense and felt unnecessary and confrontational. To top it off, she refused to break my bills with anything other than quarters. I walked out with $19.25 in quarters because she would not break my second $20 bill to give me 75 cents back. Between the prices, the rude treatment, and the risk of damaging clothes, I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.

Now remember 1 other customer in laundry. He was just being rude and a jerk. Each time I carried a basket to car, he would move laundry basket. Never will I return. But FYI I rarely go there as I don't live in Texas. Only time is once in awhile while working near by. Never had a problem with aunties. In fact I gave them diabetic meter last year.
