The stupid vet said that my cat was just pouting because of the flea collar I put on him. He didn't run any tests. He just watched him walk around the office. He also basically told me that I was crazy because I have rescued/adopted several pets. Last night my cat got worse and I took him to another vet today and they immediately ran blood work. My cat is in renal failure. He is now spending the night at their clinic getting fluids to try to reverse it. Had the vet at Airways Clinic gotten his head out of his butt then maybe my cat wouldn't have gotten worse overnight. I KNEW there was something wrong with my cat but this vet didn't believe me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE! WARNING! THE VET SHOULD HAVE HIS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY AND HIS CLINIC CLOSED!

I took my dog for his yearly checkup and I couldn't be more pleased! He took the time to let my dog sniff and get to know him a little bit. He never rushed anything and he gave my dog treats along the way to reinforce a positive experience. My dog was timid and scared when he came in but by the end of it he was happy and wagging his tail. The entire staff came into the room just to pet and love on my dog while he was there. I'm so happy with my new vet. I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands. Visit them! You and your animals won't regret it!!

We came in from Dyersburg on the weekend due to the fact there are no vets near us open. The check…read morein process was easy and the staff was friendly. The vet tech clearly knew what she was doing and was very comfortable around our dog. Our pup had a possible foreign body obstruction and ended up getting surgery. The vet updated us throughout the whole process and was very informative. The only thing I would change is the phone call that happened during surgery. We had to make a decision about care while our pup was still on the table and the service/sound of the call was awful. We could only hear every other word which made it difficult to make an informed decision. (Our service was great). Throughout the night they stressed that if we had any concerns or just wanted to check in that they were just a quick call away. Picking him up in the morning was a breeze and they gave us everything we needed in order to take good care of our pup. I would definitely go back if needed. Though I hope that doesn't happen.

He got to the point this year where his white fur turned brown on his paws and hot spots from all of the licking he was doing. Dr Climer suggested an allergy test if I could afford it. It is $250 HOWEVER, given the amount of money I've spent over the years trying to get a resolution and some comfort for him, I figured this would save us money in the long run, not to mention helping him to be happier and healthier. So I had him tested. Turns out he is highly allergic to beef and corn, with mild allergies to pork. I immediately made sure his food and treats do not have these ingredients. I saw immediate results!!! I no longer have to give him Benadryl every day and he is so much happier. Thanks to Dr Climer for paying such attention to detail. We are very happy with her service overall but this was a game changer for Sunny!

My first time at this vet and will be the last time! The staff was very rude as soon as I came in!…read moreThe office is disgusting, there were cigarette ashes in the chairs. The vet tech backhanded me in the face as I was trying to help hold my puppy. She hit my eye pretty hard and although it was an accident I did not even get an apology. I had a bruise and discoloration in my eye later that day. Not only that, she started spraying disinfectant spray on the table with my puppy on the table and sprayed my leg. This girl is incompetent and definitely does not need to work around animals or people! Another girl walked in and kept dropping pills all over the floor not once or twice but three times and did not even pick them all up off the floor which makes me wonder if she was on something! If you care about your furr babies please don't take them here!!

He was hurting so much that we could no longer bear his suffering and I was there alone when I had to make that decision. The doctor gave me time alone with my dog to cry and say goodbye to him. Sometimes the people at the front may have bad days but we all do so I give them the benefit of doubt. I will always be grateful for the way the helped me through the loss of our family dog.
