Nice place to hit balls. Really nice clubhouse/Pro shop…read more Wish they had a short game area. This place could be world class with those amenities Lots of targets to aim for. Most importantly GREAT grass to hit from. Plush and lush. Well manicured Prices decent. $11 for 100(claims 110-125) but I always got 100. Plenty for most people. Haven't found a better place in the area to practice.

It was a top to bottom fun, personalized, and intelligent shopping experience. Brannon, the owner, helped us out. He walked my boyfriend through with his purchase, without a thought of what was on the floor/in stock or the price tag. I, personally, don't know much about golf (grew up in the tennis world), but Brannon made it easy for even me to understand. He ended up down to the wire picking between two, and Brannon had the patience and honesty to help him make his decision. I can tell Brannon and his team knows all the ins and outs of purchasing your golf investments. Not to mention their state of the art technology can do no wrong. From a spectator's perspective, it was honestly a fun experience. I grabbed a tasty "tiger woods" vodka drink and chips and salsa. All were welcoming, kind, and genuinely passionate about working there. 10/10 would recommend the Arkansas Golf Center for all your fitting needs. And in the words of my boyfriend: "I thought I knew everything there was to know about golf, but Brannon knows every spec there is when it comes down to finding the perfect shaft or club. Regardless of the club or whatever your swing is, this is the man that will find it for you"

You do not want to stay at the lodge. I booked three nights at the guest lodge because I was in…read moreGlenwood dealing with my sister's estate. I booked the lodge on line and thought it would meet my needs. Well, it did not. At $90 plus a night in Glenwood, Arkansas, you would expect something pretty good. It wasn't. First of all, the guest lodge is 2 miles down a dirt road from the clubhouse and front desk. So if you need another key, or if there is a problem you either have to drive back to the desk OR call and hope they can send someone to you to help. If you lock yourself out and do not have a cell phone you are SOL as there is no one around to help. Second, when I drove over to the lodge (I was assigned the "older" building which appeared to be a converted house) and let myself in, the woman who happened to be there cleaning informed me that the water was not drinkable because there had been a water main break in town and there was a boil order. Funny thing was that the two people that checked me in did not mention that. So this meant a trip into town to get a gallon of water and a bag of ice. If she hadn't been working when I got there I could very well be listing dysentery as one of my complaints. Third, the common kitchen area REEKED of old cooking odors and general mustiness. Fourth, even though I was only one of a couple of rooms occupied, they gave me a depressing, dark old room that was basically at the basement level with a high window that looked out at a brick wall. Fifth, the "gazebo" area that had the hot tub was dirty and furnished with broken and musty furniture. I didn't dare lift the lid to the hot tub and check it out. Sixth, as I checked out I mentioned to the man working that I was less than enthused about my accommodations. He chuckled and advised me to "stay in the newer building next time." There will be no next time. I do not in any way shape or form recommend this place as a place to stay over night unless you plans are to play golf, get drunk, and crash.

Golf course is gorgeous with many scenic holes. Went to clubhouse for dinner and it was also good. Husband and son got the steak special and I had salmon. The place was busy so our order took a little while to arrive but not a big deal to us but they gave us free dessert! Again can't say enough about how nice the service is. We stayed at the Greens Lodge on the property. Rooms are clean and very big. Also has large group gathering area. Would be good place to host golf outings with groups of friends.

Here is a very long overdue review of this great studio. In summary - Orangetheory is an amazing,…read moreefficient workout for people of all ages and fitness levels. For people who don't know about OTF, it's basically a 1-hour "one and done" workout that includes cardio and strength training. You cycle between treadmills, rowing machines, and the weight floor. Every class is either strength, power, or endurance. No class is the same, which keeps your body guessing and your mind interested. You wear a fitness band so you can hold yourself accountable by seeing your performance data on a screen - this isn't about competing with the person next to you, but about you having the information you need to perform at your peak. If you haven't worked out in awhile and this sounds intense, don't run away! There are people of all ages and fitness levels, and the coaches give great instructions on how to modify the news. No judgement here! I've been to Orangetheory studios all around the states, but really love this one. Here is what sets this location apart. - Mary Kathryn runs everything so smoothly and removes all administrative burdens so clients only have to worry about working their hardest in class! - The coaches are amazing - Amber is my usual coach and motivates all of us to go hard. Love that she calls us out by name to give us a little boost. Her song selections are great! - The community seems to be strong at this location - every class the instructor will ask us to introduce ourselves to the person next to us, which creates a friendly and supportive environment. - The studio is always sparkling clean and beautiful. The equipment is always in perfect condition and overall it feels luxurious. This is a lot to say about a place where people routinely go to sweat their faces off!

The coach I had was so polite, personable and respectful. I never got the "oh you're new here, let me talk to you like this is first day of kindergarten" vibe from any of the staff.
