I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk.
